Balaji Srinivasan said Network School has put a $122 million Malaysia expansion plan on hold after authorities probed its Forest City community. According to NS3.AI, Malaysia’s Home Affairs Ministry said initial checks found all 266 foreigners held valid documents.

Srinivasan said he is seeking an MOU or a special economic zone change to obtain legal certainty for the project. The pause comes as the company awaits clarity on the regulatory status of its planned expansion.
