Golden Ten Futures, June 14, according to foreign media reports, Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) soybean futures closed higher on Thursday. Analysts said that the forecast shows that the weather in the US crop growing areas will be hotter, pushing soybean futures to rebound from six-week lows. Analysts said that the key period of soybean crop growth is not until late summer, but the weather forecast shows that the temperature will rise in the Midwest of the United States, prompting some traders to increase the risk premium in the corn and soybean market. A broker said that hopes for Chinese demand helped support soybeans. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) said that private exporters reported export sales of 120,000 tons of soybeans to unknown destinations, with annual shipments in the 2023/2024 market. This is the fourth time that export sales of old-crop soybeans have been announced recently.
