6月14日讯，文章称，分析人士认为，我国货币政策操作稳健，兼顾了多目标的平衡，支持经济数据稳步修复。三季度货币政策有望再度发力，降准降息均有空间，货币政策目标与操作或将更加突出“精准有效”。一些分析人士判断，当前降息的迫切性高于降准。在价格工具方面，东方金诚首席宏观分析师王青认为，在房地产行业调整、经济恢复面临一定压力的背景下，适度降息能够发挥不可替代的作用，三季度中期借贷便利（MLF）操作利率可能下调20个基点。
