丹纳赫并购Masimo后看增长

据CNBC报道，丹纳赫（Danaher）近期完成对脉搏血氧仪企业Masimo的99亿美元收购，首席财务官马修·古吉诺（Matthew Gugino）在4月一季度财报电话会上表示，预计该交易在交割后首个完整财年可为调整后每股收益增厚约15至20美分。公司同时将目标成本节约定为1.25亿美元，并称其生物工艺业务的需求正开始恢复，管理层预计该板块今年将实现高个位数增长。
