区块链协会 CEO 夏琳·默辛格（Summer Mersinger）预计，加密货币市场结构法案最早下周将在参议院表决，前提是伦理问题先达成一致。她周四在华盛顿的 Injective Summit 表示，法案主要措辞已接近完成，但仍有少数细节待解决。
据 Cointelegraph 报道，默辛格称“伦理是最大的障碍”，白宫当天还与部分共和党参议员开会，希望谈出民主党也能接受的方案。她表示，不应让伦理争议毁掉法案其余部分的努力。
她还提到，美国总统 Donald Trump 将于周四与共和党参议员讨论 CLARITY。此前，三名参议院民主党人周二表示，若没有明确伦理条款，他们不会支持该法案。
