Keyrock acquires BlockFills trading assets to expand institutional crypto business

Keyrock acquired the trading and brokerage assets of BlockFills’ institutional digital asset business, expanding its institutional crypto push and adding client relationships, trading technology and derivatives expertise. According to CoinDesk, the deal also broadens Keyrock’s regulatory reach through a CIMA-registered entity in the Cayman Islands and a proposed FCA-authorized entity in the U.K., subject to approval. The platform will add several BlockFills executives, including Perry Parker and Dan Schak.
