Injective has formally submitted a Transfer Agent registration application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to advance its regulated real-world asset plan. According to Foresight News, the company said the role would maintain official securities ownership records and handle transfer changes, a function traditionally kept off-chain by specialized institutions.
The application aims to move this core market function on-chain, making the token itself the ownership record and allowing tokenized securities to be registered and transferred within seconds while reducing intermediary verification steps. Injective also released a MiCAR white paper as part of its effort to expand in a regulated manner across European Union member states.
