美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）在第9267-26号公告中要求 KalshiEX 履行密歇根州法院指令其取消的未平仓交易。 据 NS3 报道，CFTC 还暂停了 KalshiEX 为回应该法院命令而提出的一项紧急规则变更。CFTC 主席 Michael S. Selig 表示，取消已执行交易可能对整个市场造成连锁影响。
