据Odaily星球日报报道，AI算力能源基础设施Bloom Energy宣布获17亿美元项目投资，Industrial Development Funding（IDF）和Oaktree参投。融资结构方面，Morgan Stanley担任唯一税收权益投资者及税收权益融资安排方，MUFG Bank提供高级债务融资。Bloom Energy将为AI云算力公司Nebius提供专属“表后供电”（behind-the-meter power）能力，满足AI算力需求。
