金十数据7月16日讯，全球最大晶圆代工企业台积电(TSM.N)周四公布，受全球人工智能处理器需求激增带动，第二季度净利润同比增长77.4%，创下历史新高，也超过市场预期。
公司公布，4月至6月净利润增至7066亿新台币，显著高于LSEG SmartEstimate调查所得的6326亿新台币市场预期。公司二季度营收12703.81亿新台币，同比增长36%。台积电客户包括英伟达（Nvidia）和苹果公司（Apple）。
