据NS3报道，摩根士丹利于6月获得美国货币监理署（OCC）初步有条件批准，拟设立一家数字资产全国信托银行。该子公司将服务于摩根士丹利财富管理客户。最终批准后，摩根士丹利可在其内部提供数字资产托管、质押、转账及借贷抵押等服务。
