据 Foresight News 报道，以太坊核心开发者 Terence 发文宣布，Glamsterdam 升级开发者测试网 devnet-7 已正式上线。共识层更新包括 EIP-7688（渐进式容器）及更新的 payload 截止时间和构建者生命周期参数；执行层更新涵盖 EIP-2780 和 EIP-8037（状态依赖收费从内在 Gas 移至运行时）、EIP-7928 和 EIP-8038（BAL 和 SSTORE 访问顺序修复）及 EIP-8282（构建者存款和退出合约最终确定）。
