渣打银行推出机构级USDC铸造与赎回服务

据 NS3 报道，渣打银行（Standard Chartered）宣布推出面向机构的 USDC 铸造与赎回服务，自称是首家提供该能力的持牌全球系统重要性银行。该服务初期通过该行迪拜国际金融中心（DIFC）业务向符合条件的客户开放。渣打表示，客户无需在 Circle 开设直接账户，即可通过一次入金和服务体验完成操作。
