AMLA 警告 MiCA 过渡期结束或致欧盟 VASP 合规承压

据 NS3 报道，AMLA 主席 Bruna Szego 警告称，MiCA 的 18 个月过渡期结束可能给欧盟虚拟资产服务提供商的合规带来压力。MiCA 过渡期已于 7 月 1 日结束，加密资产服务提供商须持有牌照才能继续服务欧盟客户。欧洲证券和市场管理局表示，未获授权的加密服务提供商须立即采取措施终止在欧盟的业务。Szego 称，AMLA 将在年底前发布一份加密货币洗钱风险报告。
