South Korea's Financial Services Commission announced a proposed amendment on July 15 to allow voice phishing victims to recover stolen virtual assets. According to NS3.AI, starting this October, victims will be able to receive virtual assets in their original form and quantity. The proposal follows a March legal revision that expanded recoverable assets beyond money.
