德祥地产委任贺学初为执行董事兼联席主席 年袍金60万港元

据明报报道，德祥地产(0199)宣布，委任贺学初为执行董事兼董事会联席主席，自7月15日起生效。同日，他还获委任为该集团企业管治委员会及薪酬委员会成员。贺学初的年度董事袍金为60万港元，其任期至下届股东周年大会，届时合资格膺选连任，并须至少每三年于股东周年大会上轮值退任及重选。
