BYD (1211) Executive Vice President Li Ke said in an interview with the Financial Times that the company's inability to enter the U.S. market will not hinder its global expansion, and it will actively expand into the European market, according to Ming Pao. BYD founder and CEO Wang Chuanfu earlier announced that through explosive growth in charging technology and overseas markets, the company aims to surpass Toyota (7203) to become the world's largest automaker.
