三星电子（Samsung Electronics）正考虑将谷歌第10代2nm TPU（代号Icefish）的I/O Die后端设计工作外包。据NS3报道，该芯片由谷歌（Google）和联发科（MediaTek）共同设计，计划最早于2028年开始量产。
