At a press conference on July 15, People's Bank of China (PBOC) Monetary Policy Department Director Xie Guangqi said the central bank will continue regular issuance of central bank bills and support China's Ministry of Finance in further increasing offshore RMB government bond issuance size, diversifying tenors, and expanding high-quality asset supply, aiming to attract sovereign institutions, financial institutions, and multinational enterprises to issue RMB bonds, according to 36Kr.
