据香港电台报道，中国人民银行副行长邹澜在记者会上表示，未来影响人民币汇率的因素较为多元，推动升值和贬值的因素都存在，预计人民币汇率将继续双向波动。
邹澜称，今年以来面对复杂多变的国际形势，人民币汇率整体走势保持双向波动。他强调，要坚持市场在汇率形成中的决定性作用，发挥汇率调节宏观经济及国际收支自动稳定器作用，保持人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上基本稳定。
