据证券时报报道，中国央行副行长邹澜7月15日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，央行将根据国内外经济金融形势和金融市场运行情况，把握好货币政策实施的力度、节奏和时机，加大逆周期和跨周期调节力度，着力扩大内需、优化供给，增强经济发展内生动力。
