信达生物与Spero就IBI355达成11亿美元独家许可协议

据明报报道，信达生物(1801)与Spero Therapeutics(美：SPRO)就第三代Fc沉默型抗CD40L抗体IBI355(即SP001)达成独家许可协议。根据协议，Spero将获得大中华区以外全球独家开发、研究、生产和商业化权利。信达生物将获得首付款及开发、注册和销售相关的里程碑付款，交易总额约11亿美元，此外还将获得基于产品净销售额的梯度式销售分成。
