据36氪报道，安踏品牌CEO徐阳因家庭原因辞任，集团已批准并将另有任用。安踏集团执行董事、联席CEO赖世贤即日起代理安踏品牌CEO一职。安踏品牌既定长期发展战略保持不变。徐阳于2023年初接任CEO，任内推动“将安踏做小”策略，孵化超级安踏、SV等新业态，但安踏品牌2025年营收增速降至3.7%，未达此前设定的10%-15%年复合增长目标。
