据36氪报道，天眼查App显示，上海恒特电子科技有限公司近日发生工商变更，新增科大讯飞（苏州）科技有限公司为股东。同时，公司注册资本从8200万人民币增至8250万人民币。该公司成立于2020年8月，法定代表人为黄河子，经营范围包括电子元器件与机电组件设备制造、集成电路制造等。目前由黄河子、施亦琴及新增股东共同持股。
