美国财政部外国资产控制办公室（OFAC）宣布对关联古巴政权的多个实体及个人实施制裁，并将一批加密货币钱包地址列入黑名单。
据 Foresight News 报道，此次制裁涉及 Tron（TRX）、Dogecoin（DOGE）、Solana（SOL）、Dash（DASH）、Zcash（ZEC）、Litecoin（LTC）以及比特币（BTC）和以太坊（ETH）地址。
美方指控相关资产与网络犯罪及洗钱活动有关，涉及被控操作非法虚拟工具的乌克兰公民 Dmytro Rashevskyi，以及居住在白俄罗斯的 Yevgeniy Vladimirovich Silayev。
此外，古巴革命战斗人员协会及包括古巴旅游部在内的六家国有企业亦被纳入制裁。
