中国大陆上半年商品房销售面积同比降11.6%

国家统计局公布，中国大陆上半年新建商品房销售面积同比降幅扩大至11.6%，其中住宅销售面积下降12.4%；新建商品房销售额降幅轻微扩大至13.6%，住宅销售额下降13.7%。据香港电台报道，期内房地产开发投资降幅进一步扩大至18%，住宅投资下降17.8%。
