InnoCare Pharma-B (2595) placed 13.6 million shares at HK$34.69 each, a discount of about 9.71% to the previous day’s price, according to Ming Pao.
The new shares represent 3.54% of the company’s enlarged share capital. Net proceeds are expected to be about HK$466 million.
