CleanSpark Jumps 11% on $6.6 Billion Georgia Data Center Lease; IBM Slides 25% on Weak Q2 Outlook

According to CNBC, CleanSpark surged 11% after securing a 20-year data center lease in Georgia totaling $6.6 billion in contracted revenue, while IBM plunged 25% after issuing weaker-than-expected preliminary Q2 earnings and forecasting profit of $2.93 per share excluding certain items versus the $3.01 FactSet consensus. HCA Healthcare fell more than 7% after cutting full-year EPS guidance to $28.70-$30.50 from $29.10-$31.50 and lowering the top end of its 2026 revenue outlook range. JPMorgan Chase rose 2% after posting Q2 adjusted EPS of $6.14 on revenue of $58.02 billion, topping LSEG estimates of $5.85 and $50.19 billion, while Bank of America gained 2% after reporting $1.21 EPS and $31.7 billion revenue versus $1.13 and $30.72 billion expected. Wells Fargo slipped 3% despite reporting $2.00 EPS on $22.62 billion revenue, compared with LSEG expectations of $1.72 and $21.84 billion. Goldman Sachs jumped 7% after reporting Q2 EPS of $20.98 and revenue of $20.34 billion, beating LSEG estimates of $14.48 and $16.13 billion. Citigroup fell 5% after posting second-quarter EPS of $3.15 and revenue of $24.77 billion, above LSEG estimates of $2.74 and $23.74 billion. Apple dipped 1% after KeyBanc downgraded the stock to underweight from sector weight and set a $250 price target implying 21% downside from Monday’s close. O-I Glass slid 8% after Bank of America double-downgraded it to underperform from buy. LM Ericsson dropped 13% after reporting revenue of 52.70 billion Swedish kronor versus the 53.94 billion consensus estimate from StreetAccount, while adjusted gross margin of 48.4% beat the 47.8% expected. MBX Biosciences fell 8% after saying CEO Kent Hawryluk stepped down effective immediately and will be replaced by executive chairman Steve Hoerter.
