New York writer E. Jean Carroll received $5.6 million from US President Donald Trump in her sexual-abuse lawsuit, a court said, according to Bloomberg.
The payment includes the $5 million award plus interest from the case three years ago, and came days after Trump failed to persuade a judge to block the transfer during a last-ditch appeal to the US Supreme Court.
