Securitize announced that it has appointed Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann and Manolo Sánchez to its board of directors. According to Odaily, the company said the appointments are intended to strengthen its governance structure as a compliant infrastructure provider for next-generation capital markets.
Securitize said Macieira-Kaufmann previously held multiple executive roles at Citigroup for more than 11 years, most recently overseeing its international personal banking business. The company added that she founded RMK Group and serves as a director of Fifth Era Acquisition Corporation.
