Humanity Protocol said it will refocus on operational security after a June exploit resulted in the theft of $36 million worth of Humanity (H) tokens.
According to NS3.AI, founder Terence Kwok said production keys from last year’s mainnet launch were inadvertently backed up on a compromised employee laptop.
Quantstamp attributed the incident to a phishing attachment and said it pointed to threat actors linked to North Korea.
