韩国政府公布《2026 年下半年经济增长战略》，宣布加速推进半导体、AI 数据中心和实体 AI 三大“超级项目”，并计划通过区块链和数字资产生态建设提升产业竞争力。
据Odaily星球日报报道，根据规划，韩国计划未来五年内将存储芯片产能扩大至目前的两倍，并于今年下半年推出面向全民的 AI 聊天机器人和统一 AI 教育平台。
韩国政府提出将在今年下半年推进区块链和数字资产生态大型示范项目，并启动基于区块链的国债代币化试点，探索与韩国央行机构型 CBDC 联动，推动金融基础设施升级。
韩国还计划设立战略投资账户和国民成长基金，扩大对人工智能、量子技术、安全及区块链等战略产业的长期资本支持。
