Apollo Global Management President Jim Zelter said private capital is stepping in to fill a financing gap left by governments whose balance sheets can no longer support large-scale industrial capital expenditure, according to Bloomberg.
"Government pocketbooks aren’t as buoyant to be able to provide that," Zelter said in an interview on Bloomberg Television.
