据币安官方公告，币安持续评估其产品和服务。自2026年07月15日00:15（东八区时间）起，币安合约将更新SKHYNIXUSDT、SAMSUNGUSDT和HYUNDAIUSDT永续合约的资金费率结算频率，由每八小时一次调整为每四小时一次。
同时，上述永续合约的资金费率上限/下限将调整至±0.50%。公告列示的调整安排显示，2026年07月15日00:00（东八区时间）起，SKHYNIXUSDT为+0.50%/-0.50%，SAMSUNGUSDT和HYUNDAIUSDT为+2.00%/-2.00%；自2026年07月15日04:00（东八区时间）起，三者均为+0.50%/-0.50%，并在2026年07月15日08:00、12:00（东八区时间）继续维持+0.50%/-0.50%。
