Some creditors holding Senegal’s sovereign bonds have started informal discussions about potentially forming a bondholder group if the government proceeds with a debt restructuring, according to Bloomberg.
The talks are preliminary and aimed at coordinating among investors should Senegal move forward with a debt rework, people familiar with the matter said.
