Airbnb 创始人 Brian Chesky 发推表示，其一直在关注 RWA 代币化领域。
据 Foresight News 报道，其称代币和区块链本身并不有趣，关键在于降低摩擦；当持有一栋建筑、一只债券或基金的一部分变得像发消息一样简单时，所有权将从特权变为默认。
其表示，这将带来碎片化持有、秒级结算、永不关闭的市场以及不依赖出生地的全球准入，并强调难点不是技术而是信任。
其称最终赢家不会是拥有最好代币的人，而是人们信任其持有底层真实资产的人；并认为这一转变会显得缓慢，然后突然加速，互联网让信息流动，而 RWA 代币化将让所有权流动。
