据明报报道，利华控股(1346)主席司徒志仁表示，集团完成收购Active Apparel Group(AAG)并吸收合并后的重整成本，令上半年度毛利率略受影响降至27.9%。
他预计下半年度不再出现同类重整成本，利润率将较上半年度更佳；集团仍会物色收购，并推动电子化及平台化发展，期望推动收入至少每三年翻一番。
