SoftBank Becomes Sierra's Exclusive Japan Partner for AI Agent-Powered Customer Service

SoftBank Group has formed a strategic partnership with Sierra to launch an AI agent-driven customer service solution in Japan, according to 36Kr. Starting July 14, SoftBank will be Sierra's exclusive partner in the Japanese market. SoftBank's online mobile brand Linemo has already integrated Sierra's technology, and the company plans to roll it out to its other brands including SoftBank and Y!mobile, as well as other group business lines.
