软银与Sierra合作推AI客服方案

据新浪财经报道，软银集团与Sierra建立战略合作伙伴关系，将在日本市场推出由智能AI代理驱动的客户服务方案。自7月14日起，软银成为Sierra在日本的独家合作方；软银旗下线上手机品牌Linemo已接入Sierra相关技术，后续计划将该技术应用于软银、Y!mobile等自有品牌及集团其他业务线。
