New Zealand’s central bank said it would respond if inflation pressure stemming from conflict in the Middle East lasts longer than expected. According to Jin10, Reserve Bank of New Zealand Chief Economist Paul Conway said the bank would take action if inflation pressures from the Middle East conflict prove more persistent than anticipated.
