Stablecoin transfer volume hit a record $1.79 trillion in June even as total stablecoin circulation fell $7.7 billion, the largest monthly decline since Terra’s collapse. According to BeInCrypto, Visa Onchain Analytics data showed June volume was up 63% from May and 125% above June 2025, with USD Coin (USDC) handling about two-thirds of transfers.
Bitwise said stablecoins settled about 2.3 times Visa’s payment volume over the past year, while the Bitwise 10 Large Cap Crypto Index fell 15.4%. The report also cited tokenized real-world assets rising 50.3% this year to $32.89 billion and prediction market volume hitting a quarterly record $43.2 billion.
