墨西哥首家奇波特餐厅本周开业

据CNBC报道，快餐连锁奇波特（Chipotle）宣布将于本周在墨西哥开出首家餐厅，门店定于周四在新莱昂州圣佩德罗加尔萨加西亚开业，属于蒙特雷都会区。该公司称，此次开业是其与餐饮集团Alsea此前宣布合作的一部分，并将启动在墨西哥的更大规模开店计划，包括2027年扩展至墨西哥城。奇波特表示，今年计划新增350至370家餐厅；公司目前在全球运营超过4100家门店。
