据明报报道，华润置地（1109）公布，截至今年6月底止单月实现总合同销售额约229.9亿元人民币，总合同销售建筑面积约79.9万平方米，分别同比减少2%及11%。
按月计，6月合同销售额减少2.2%，销售建筑面积增加53.4%；单月总合同销售已连跌两个月。2026年前6月累计合同销售金额约1165亿元，销售建筑面积约316.2万平方米，分别同比增长5.6%及减少23.2%。
