BNB 财库上市公司 BNB Plus 发布公告，公司已收到纳斯达克听证小组摘牌裁决，原因为股价持续未达标纳斯达克持续上市规则 1 美元最低买入价要求。
据Odaily星球日报报道，BNB Plus 计划向纳斯达克上市复审委员会提交复审申请，但本次复审不会暂缓摘牌流程，公司股票将于 2026 年 7 月 14 日开盘暂停纳斯达克场内交易。
公司已完成 OTCQB Venture Market 挂牌筹备，股票代码维持 BNBX 不变，预计 7 月 14 日开盘后可在场外市场交易。
