KorProtocol has completed a $7.5 million Series A funding round led by 1kx and Blockchain Capital, with participation from Republic, Animoca, Solana, Avalanche, and other institutions, according to Odaily.

X user qinbafrank said the round values the company at $100 million post-money.

The project said its KOR system uses three engines—Verify, Route, and Settle—to convert creative assets into on-chain assets that are verifiable, matchable, and able to be settled automatically.

KorProtocol said the Verify engine allows creators to register works on-chain and record provenance, ownership, and licensing terms. The Route engine uses data and AI to match creators and assets with labels, brands, platforms, and agencies. The Settle engine uses smart contracts and USDC on the Base blockchain to distribute revenue shares automatically, supporting complex split rules and recurring income.

KorProtocol said it has more than 1 million registered users, more than $2 million in revenue, more than 285,000 NFTs, and more than 1,000 IP partners, and has worked with deadmau5 and Black Mirror.

The company said it plans to expand IP supply, deepen partnerships, and advance network expansion following the funding.
