据 ChainCatcher 报道，加密 KOL @amathxbt 等称，Circle 旗下公链 Arc 或已非公开上线。跨链协议 LayerZero、LI.FI 已部署至 Arc 网络，但未公开面向社区测试。
公开信息显示，Arc 为公有 Layer 1 区块链。今年 5 月，Circle 发布 ARC 白皮书，介绍 ARC 作为 Arc 区块链网络原生协调资产的设计框架。Arc 公共测试网于 2025 年 10 月上线，主网预计于 2026 年夏季上线。
