Iran's Foreign Ministry accused the United States and Israel of assassinating Iranian citizens, leaders, and other prominent figures, and said they take pride in doing so. According to Jin10, the ministry said the two countries simultaneously portray themselves as victims and as being oppressed.
The ministry described this as part of a psychological and public opinion campaign, and said no one would be deceived by what it called such tactics.
