Placeholder partner Chris Burniske said he has been reading Lyn Alden’s book Broken Money and that it has strengthened his view that Bitcoin and other internet-native “hard money” will most reward patient holders. According to Foresight News, Burniske added that ZEC is the most credible complement to BTC.
Burniske said a “wave of impatience” emerged during 2016-2025, when many people did not deeply understand Bitcoin and instead treated it as another technology platform. He argued that Bitcoin is closer to a social reboot than a simple technical upgrade, and that such a reboot takes decades to complete.
He said impatience is now shifting toward other areas that appear faster, bringing the market closer to the atmosphere seen in 2015 and earlier. Burniske said this environment would again reward those who have consistently understood Bitcoin.
