Tianwei Video Names Ji Tong Chairman, Replacing Zhang Yumin as Legal Representative

Tianwei Video has changed its legal representative and chairman, with Zhang Yumin stepping down and Ji Tong taking over, according to 36Kr. Corporate registry data from Tianyancha shows the company was founded in July 1995 with registered capital of about RMB 803 million, and its business scope includes information system integration, internet data services and IoT technology services. The company is jointly held by shareholders including Shenzhen Media Group and China Telecom Corp., the report said. Media reports cited by 36Kr said Tianwei Video previously announced it had completed a board re-election, and Ji Tong formally assumed the roles of the companys Party committee secretary and chairman.
