Yuyong (Shanghai) Technology Adds Tencent Unit and HongShan as Shareholders, Raises Registered Capital

Yuyong (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. has added new shareholders including Shanghai Qishan Investment Co., Ltd., a Tencent-affiliated entity, HongShan Growth VII Holdco B, Ltd., and Xiamen Yaheng Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), according to 36Kr. The company also increased its registered capital to RMB 1.25 million from RMB 250,000.

Founded in May 2026, the company is legally represented by Lin Junyang and operates in areas including software development and data processing services. Lin and the newly added shareholders now jointly hold equity in the firm.
